Return Policy

There are no returns and refunds accepted due to manufacturers' policies. NOTE: Unauthorized returns will be refused and shipped back to sender.

Exchanges which follow our policy are allowed. If you are unhappy with the color of your wig, do not take it out of the hair net or take off the tags. By California Law, we are not allowed to resell hairpieces which have been worn or handled.

Exchange Policy

Unauthorized and ineligible exchanges will incur a 50% unauthorized product return fee. Please read the policy below in its entirety before sending any hair pieces back to us. Exchanges are not allowed on costume wigs, wig accessories, clearance items, or items that have been pricematched.
  1. For all exchanges, re-stocking fee of 20% of purchase amount (discount coupon codes excluded) will be charged. In addition, standard shipping charges for the exchanged piece to be mailed out to the customer will be charged.
  2. Exchanges must be of equal or greater value.
  3. We allow one exchange per item. Once you received your exchange, no further exchanges can be made.
  4. All exchanges must be authorized by a voguewigs.com representative at within 10 business days of receiving your order.
  5. We must receive return merchandise within 10 business days after exchange authorization has been issued. Exceptions for international and APO orders; please inquire at time of request for RMA number.
  6. All confirmations are to be received by a Voguewigs.com representative 10 business days after invoice issuance. RMAs will be deemed expired after this period.
  7. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers must be written on the outside of each package. Packages without RMA numbers will be returned to sender.
  8. Return freight charges are to be paid by customer. Please ship your RMA with tracking information. We are not responsible lost packages. Collect shipments will be refused.
